Grit
Workouts, nutrition and the days you showed up.
A training log covering routines, sets, nutrition, body measurements and gym attendance — with barcode scanning that never uploads an image and partner features that share strictly less than you'd expect.

Overview
Grit is a training log that covers the whole picture: routines and sets, personal records, nutrition and water, body measurements, and the attendance record that turns showing up into a streak.
Food logging uses the camera to scan barcodes, and the image never leaves the device — frames are decoded locally and only the resulting code is used. Microphone access is explicitly blocked in the build configuration, so a dependency cannot quietly add it later.
Training partners are deliberately narrow. A partner sees your display name, photo, and workout activity — routine names, durations, sets completed. They cannot see your nutrition, body measurements, weight or email address, and removing a partner revokes their access immediately.
What it does
Barcodes scanned on-device
Routines and sets
Build routines, log sets with weight and reps, and track rest and work durations per session.
Personal records
Best lifts per exercise, tracked automatically as you log.
Nutrition and water
Foods logged with calories, protein, carbohydrates and fat, plus water intake.
Barcode scanning
Scan a food barcode with the camera. Images are decoded on-device and never uploaded or stored.
Body measurements
Weight, height and optional measurements, with history.
Gym attendance
Check-ins and the streaks derived from them.
Training partners
Connect by invite code and react to each other's sessions — with a deliberately narrow share scope.
Shared routines
Publish a routine by code for others to import.
Wearables
A dedicated surface for connected-device data.
